Booking & Scheduling

  • All artists at HLB are independent and manage their own schedules.

  • To book, please use the direct booking link listed under your chosen artist’s profile.

  • For any questions about availability or services, contact your artist directly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee determined by your artist.

  • Please note: each artist sets their own cancellation policies—refer to your artist’s booking page for details.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or require rescheduling.

  • Please arrive on time so your artist can provide the best possible service.

Children & Guests

  • For safety and comfort, we kindly request that only those receiving services attend the appointment.

Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell or have experienced recent eye or skin irritation, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Our artists maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure your comfort and safety.

Payments

  • Payment is made directly to your artist.

  • Each artist may accept different forms of payment (cash, card, digital payments). Please confirm with your artist before your appointment.
